Il post di oggi sarà su una serie di libri che amo particolarmente e che spero tanto che anche voi leggerete un giorno.

I’ve read the whole Twilight saga. I know, I’m an awful person. I have to confess I quite liked the first book and read the others just because I wanted to know how the story ended.
When The Host came out,  I was curious to see if the author’s style of writing was the same, if she made the same plot choices I’ve hated in the infamous vampires saga.
I’ve read it when it first came out but I’ve seen online that there’s going to be a movie based on this novel so I thought this could be a good time to share my thoughts.

Ho letto tutta la saga di Twilight. Lo so, sono una persona orribile. Vi dirò di più, il primo mi è anche piaciucchiato. Però gli altri li ho letti solo perché volevo vedere il proseguire della storia e li ho odiati sempre di più, per arrivare nauseata alla fine di Breaking Dawn.
Quando è uscito L’Ospite mi sono incuriosita. Volevo vedere se la Meyer avrebbe mantenuto lo stesso stile di scrittura -stile potrebbe essere una parola eccessiva, non lo nego- e se avrebbe fatto le stesse scelte a livello di trama che tanto ho odiato nella famigerata saga dei vampiri.
