This eyeshadow was part of a Kiko limited edition, Light Impulse.
I don’t really get the packaging and the whole design.
I mean, it’s really cute, but why?
Kiko is (supposed to be) a low cost brand, why adding so many details, increasing the price?
I don’t need a fancy packaging or a mirror in an eyeshadow, I just want a nice color.
Let me explain, I love cute packaging, Benefit anyone?, but I really think that Kiko should continue the way it started, a low cost brand with a good packaging but without trying too much.

Non capisco proprio il packaging e l’intero design.
Voglio dire, è molto carino, ma perchè?
Kiko è (dovrebbe essere) un brand low cost, perchè aggiungere tutti questi dettagli, aumentando il prezzo?
Non mi serve una confezione elaborata o uno specchietto in un ombretto, voglio solo un bel colore.
Mi spiego meglio, mi piace il packaging carino, ho sentito Benefit?, ma penso davvero che Kiko dovrebbe continuare nel modo in cui ha iniziato, un brand low cost con un packaging buono, ma senza sforzarsi eccessivamente.

Back to the product, I really like this color, a light taupe.
It’s one of those eyeshadow that you can always use.
It can be used wet or dry and it lasts a lot.
Tornando al prodotto, mi piace questo colore, un taupe chiaro.
E’ uno di quegli ombretti che si possono usare sempre.
Può essere usato bagnato o asciutto e dura molto.

Stavo per prendere esattamente quel colore..ma poi mi sono fermata. Secondo me kiko ci sta un pò fregando..nell'ultimo anno i prezzi sono decisamente più alti.
Sono d'accordo. A me personalmente questo ombretto piace, ma se tornassi indietro non so se lo riprenderei in effetti
That colour is beautiful! And I agree hun why should a low cost brand increase prices just for adding a mirror&classy packaging. They should stick to how they started or else they lose customers.

I've never used KIKO cosmetics
but I participated a Secret Santa Swap and I got a make up finisher from KIKO but still haven't tried it out:)
I got the orange shade from this range, I think it's called Hyper Tangerine (I reviewed it anyway!) and it's really pretty.
It was expensive here in the UK but just before Xmas, they slashed the prices so I wish I had waited because they have lots of stock!

You are right about the packaging, sometimes it's better to put your money towards the product inside not what you see outside. But the color looks very nice!

Sono d'accordo con te sul discorso del packaging dei nuovi prodotti Kiko, meglio mantenere prezzi bassi e packaging semplici senza tanti fronzoli piuttosto che alzare i prezzi solo perché ci sono più decorazioni sulle confezioni, motivo per il quale solitamente compro i prodotti delle LE solo durante i saldi.

Un colore molto bello!! Però concordo con chi dice che Kiko ha alzato molto i prezzi delle limited edition!
