My obsession for a flawless base is well known.
A brand that focuses mainly on achieving a flawless face just makes me want to go out and spend all my money.
Today we’re talking about a Laura Mercier foundation, the Silk Creme.

Review: MAC Cosmetics Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Stormy Pink

I’m really into creamshadows, I love them.
MAC’s Paint Pot are really well known, among the first I’ve known.
I had two of those in the past, Painterly and Indianwood, and I really didn’t like them.
So I’ve been avoiding them for years, even if there were several shades I liked.
Then came Stormy Pink and I fell in love.
Gli ombretti in crema mi piacciono tanto, tantissimo.
I paint pot di MAC sono forse tra i più conosciuti, sicuramente sono quelli che ho conosciuto per la prima volta.
In passato ne ho avuti due -Painterly e Indianwood- e non mi ci sono trovata granché bene sotto ogni punto di vista.
Quindi li ho evitati, nonostante ci fossero diversi colori che mi attiravano.
Poi un giorno è arrivato Stormy Pink ed è stato amore.

I love duty free stores.
I don’t know why I’m so obsessed with them but I think I could buy pretty much everything available there, cigarettes, lipsticks, a shitload of chocolate.
There are several duty free exclusives when it comes to makeup, Lancome’s Virtuose Palette is one of those duty free exclusives.
Io amo i duty free.
Non so per quale motivo mi piacciono così tanto ma comprerei qualsiasi cosa venduta lì, dalle sigarette ai rossetti a chili di cioccolato.
Spesso ci sono dei prodotti cosmetici venduti in esclusiva, è il caso della palette Lancome Virtuose di cui parliamo oggi.

Review: Laura Mercier Crème Eyeliner in Candard

During my Laura Mercier’s experience a couple of months ago I fell head over heels for Canars, a gorgeous Crème Eyeliner.
It’s not an everyday shade for me but it looked amazing and I just kept on staring at my hand once I’ve swatched it.
You can easily imagine how happy I was when Stefano Saccani’s Alice mailed me this little glass pot.
Durante la mia esperienza di qualche mese fa al counter Laura Mercier mi sono innamorata del Crème Eyeliner nella colorazione Canard.
Il colore non è esattamente uno di quelli che metto tutti i giorni ma mi è sembrato subito troppo bello per essere vero, mi sono ritrovata a provarlo sulla mano e fissare il colore per lunghi minuti.
Potete immaginare la mia gioia quando Alice di Stefano Saccani  me l’ha mandato da provare.

I’ve received this NYX kit when the brand arrived on the italian market a while ago.
We’re talking about the Smokey Look Kit in the S109 version, there’s more of them in other shades.
 
Ho ricevuto questo kit NYX dall’azienda stessa diversi mesi fa, quando il marchio stava iniziando a farsi strada anche nel mercato italiano.
Per ora ci sono pochi negozi che rivendono i prodotti ma c’è lo store ufficiale online oltre ai tanti rivenditori inglesi sempre sul web.
Ma torniamo al prodotto di oggi!
Si tratta dello Smokey Look Kit nella variazione S109, ce ne sono altri declinati su altre tonalità di ombretto e con dei gloss diversi all’interno.
