My make up is, most of the times, boring.
I have every sort of colorful eyeshadow, glittery eyeliners, bright lipsticks.
So, almost everyday, I settle for a brownish eye look, black eyeliner, soft blush and nude lipstick.
(A post about my neutral eyeshadows is coming soon!)
Anyway this summer brought something different.
I decided to play with something a little more fun.
Today I’m going to talk with you about the green MAC products I’ve been using and loving in the last months.
Tarnish eye kohl is probably the product I’ve used the most among these four.
Here’s how the official site describes it:
“A soft-on pencil liner that lines, defines and shades the eyes with rich colour and a silky-smooth, matte/pearl finish. Ophthalmologist tested.”
I love MAC’s eye kohl and Tarnish is becoming one of my favorites.
Tarnish is a deep metallic green, I’ve used it for every big night out this summer, smudging it for a smoky look or by itself.
Another product is the Big Bounce Shadow in Extra Charged.
You’ve probably already read every review about them.
I agree with XSPARKAGE, they just can’t be used by themselves.
Anyway I loved its effect with a eyeshadow on top, I’ve used it as a base with loads o different colors.
I just love the combo: Extra Charged+Smoked Ruby from the Semi-Precious collection.
The two other products I loved this summer are Green Smoke and Shimmermoss.
They’re great by themselves or paired with different colors.
Do you have any advice about green MAC¬MAC eye products?
I’d love to read your advice!
With love,
S.
